He is survived by: his sons, Steven Sr. and Michael Garcia; his daughters-in-law, Catherine and Cathy Garcia; his grandchildren, Amber, Ashley, Steven Jr., Garin and Gianna Garcia; his parents-in-law, Edmond Alves, Carmen Perez and Carlotta Perez; his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Craig Perez, Warren Holden, Lynette Perry (Perez), Janell Anderson (Alves) and Jennifer Dowden (Alves); and his great grandchildren, Andre, Alijah Olivas, Lexi, Levi Garcia and Linda Garcia.
