He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis and Maria of Jesus Rodriguez; his wife Consuelo Rodriguez; and his brothers, Henry and Federico Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his children, Luis A. Rodriguez (Nery) of Manteca, Armando M. Rodriguez (Carmen) of Stockton, Mariaelena "Nena" Serrato (Gil) of Tracy and Elsa Rodriguez of Tracy; and his grandchildren, Frances Rodriguez, Alex Rodriguez (Lauren), Melissa Alvarado (Julian), Samantha Ancrile (Anthony), Gilbert Serrato Jr. (Alex), Lisette Rodriguez (Marco), Natalie LaMadrid (Chris), Mariah Rodriguez and Tammy Serrato. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and God Children.
