He was predeceased by: his former wife Pat; his parents, Chester Alice and Mary Alice; and his grandson Christopher. He is survived by: his uncle Bud; his wife Polly; his children, Debbie, Bill (Janice), Jodi (Tim), Cindy and Dennis (Stacy); and his brother James.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial donations to advance research under the direction of Dr. Sven de Vos at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center.
