It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tadashi Ota of Torrance, California, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Ron; and his wife Ruth Nakada. He is survived by: his daughter Sandi Mochinaga (Norman); his grandchildren, Dena Satterfield (Sean), Scott (Jayme) and Brent Mochinaga; and his great grandchildren, Nanea, Kaimana Satterfield, Amaya and Emi Mochinaga. He is also survived by many family members & friends.
