It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shoma Miyake of Torrance, California, who passed away on November 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Florence Mieko Miyake; and his daughter Nancy Miyake-Kuwahara. He is survived by: his daughter Diane Tarumoto (Layne); his son-in-law Arthur Kuwahara; and his siblings, Teruo (Momoyo) of Japan, Sadao Miyake (Takako) of Japan and Reiko Akiyama of Japan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
