She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Stephanie Horiuchi (Glenn), Carey Martz, Charles Martz (Kanako) and Andrew Martz (Anne); her grandson Christopher Horiuchi (Andrea); and her sister Gloria Thielemann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Providence Trinity Care Hospice.
