It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Turrell of Torrance, California, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alicia Brea and Emilio Lamadrid; her daughters, Virginia Prieto and Melania Alonso; her granddaughter Elyse Alonso; and her son-in-law Richard Alonso. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and their children.
