She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Okabe (Thomas), Lisa Maeda (Craig) and Carol Hiroto (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Melissa Fujiyo Okabe, Paige, Elyse, Halle Maeda, Ryan, Alex and Cody Hiroto; her siblings, Reiko Tsuchimoto, Hasu Fujitani, Amy, Chiyo and Shoichi Shingu; and her sisters-in-law, Sumie Maruya, Alison and Selina Shingu. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
