She was predeceased by: her husband Joe C. Yamamoto; her grandson Derek; and her close friend Stan Ito. She is survived by: her children, Jo Anne Yamamoto (Donald Shepherd), Robert Yamamoto (Helen) and Shari Yamamoto; her grandchildren, Elyse, Joie, Ryan, Kelli (Joseph Wang), Matthew, Lindsey and Brandon; and her great grandchild Mia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith United Methodist Church (2115 W 182nd St, Torrance, CA 90504).
