He was predeceased by: his father John "Jan". He is survived by: his mother Sophie Guziak; his sisters, Mary Guziak Bargo, Sophie O'Malley (late Robert), Margaret Rohrabaugh (Brad) and Bernadette Guziak; his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Bargo (Sheryl David), Nichole Bargo Sadowski (Joe), Katrina Bargo Torres (Max), Ron O'Malley (Karolina), Medea O'Malley, Nancy O'Malley Mack (Andy), Sienna Rohrabaugh and Elin Rohrabaugh; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia O'Malley, Carter O'Malley, Billy O'Malley, Lily Khimchak and Ashton Khimchak.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Zachary Parish (567 W Algonquin Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60018). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Friends of Golf—or simply spend a day on the course, soaking up the sunshine and thinking of Frank, just as he would have wanted.
