He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his daughter Brooke Siegel of Carpinteria; his stepdaughters, Denise Walker (Dowd) of Frisco, Texas and Beverly Bethune (Dave) of Torrance, California; his sisters, Christine Sanborn of Camarillo, California and Katie Moore (Ken) of Sandpoint, Idaho.; and his grandchildren, Kylie, Daniel and Camryn.
