Starkey II and Courtney Starkey; his grandson Reilly Favalora; his daughter Haydee Brazeal; his brother Chuck Starkey; his sister-in-law Tammy; and his former wife Trisha Kelly. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
