He is survived by: his wife Anne; his parents, Mary Lettrich and Michael Lettrich; his siblings, Vilma, Milan and Eleanor; his nephews, Freddie Waldeck and Gary Lettrich; and his niece Elaine Russell.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Mountain Play Association or the Marin Humane Society in memory of Albert "Chick" Lettrich.
