He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Searcy and Mary Esther Searcy (McDonald); his wife JoAnn; and his sister Mona Carrico. He is survived by: his daughters, Jenni Helj of San Clemente and Renee Ballard of Camarillo, California; his grandchildren, Lindsay Mandel, Alisa Helj Huston, Nicholas Helj and Jeremy Ballard; and his sons-in-law, Michael Ballard and Adi Helj.
In lieu of flowers, any memorial offerings may be made to The New Mexico Baptist Children's home in Portales, New Mexico in Travis' honor.
