Sonja Downey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonja Downey in Thousand Oaks, California, who passed away on September 19, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sonja Downey to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Swanhild; her parents, Astrid Fredriksen and Gjert Fredriksen (Jerry); her children, Laurie Downey, Julie Mankiewicz, James Downey (Jamie) and Beth Fehmel; her grandchildren, Kate, Maeve Downey, Phoebe, Ty Mankiewicz, Austin, Keagan, Ryan Downey, Connor, Brody and Bryce Fehmel; and her great grandchildren, Claire and Cameron Fehmel. She was also cherished by Dad would often bring coffee to Mom in bed, and the dogs.
