Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Roy Paul Foerster of Thousand Oaks, California, who passed away on October 10th 2018. Roy was preceded in death by he loving parents Arthur E Foerster and Martha Bosse Foerster LaTomus and his beloved wife Barbara Hyland Foerster. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, Lynn (Bill), Ken, Sharon (Bob). He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren and his sister Jeanne Foerster Wall and many nieces and nephews.
