He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his sister Rosemary Hainline of Nixa, MO; his nephews, Russell Hainline (Shelley), Keith Hainline (Karen), David Hainline (Yuila) and Bryan Hainline (Carrie); his stepchildren, Raymond Collins (Lori), Mark Collins (Sarah Richardson) and Beth Hegab (Hisham); and his grandchildren, Maggie, Rachel, Nathan, Sarah, Jack, Sierra and Alaina. He is also survived by 15 grandnieces/nephews, and 9 great-grand nieces/nephews.
