He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Louisa and Eric Adolphus Fowler; his wife Charla Fowler (Dolly); his sister Erica Fawkes; his siblings-in-law, Robert, Ashley Congelliere, Brian and Anne Congelliere; and his son James Dyer. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, two Nephews.
