It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Anne Frokjer of Thousand Oaks, California, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Donald Young and Mary Belle Young; her brother Harmon; and her daughter Ruth Anne. She is survived by: her former spouse Maria; her husband Don; her sons, Eric (Maria) of Castaic and Andy (Ingrid); her grandchildren, Anneke, Matthew, Katie, Andrew, Rick and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Miranda, Mia, Ricky, Ruth and Roxie; her nieces and nephews, H. G., Carol, Mary Jo, Kristie, David and Kurt; and also, Evert and Ron. She is also survived by grandchildren, her nieces, nephews and cousins and their children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Manna Conejo Valley Food Bank or the Clendenin Public Library in West Virginia.
