She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Rafael "David" Tolentino of San Diego, CA, Deborah Denise Miramontes of Lomita, CA, Elisa Marie O'Keefe of Oak View, CA and Arthur Joseph Tolentino (Theresa Tolentino) of Gardena, CA; her grandchildren, Adrianne Marie Tolentino (Chris Atkins) of San Diego, CA, Erin Jeanette Impala (Rob Impala) of Moorpark, CA and Ryan Joseph Tolentino of Gardena, CA; her great grandchild Charlie Lehrer of San Diego, CA; her siblings, Louis Martinez, Juanita LeRoy and Carol Morell; her parents, Elbert Johnson and Ramona Kusy; her former husband Rafael Tolentino; and her spouse Odell Huff.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Rose Family Chapel (4444 Cochran St, Simi Valley, CA 93063). A reception will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
