She was predeceased by: her husband Horace J. Katz; her son Jan Alan Katz; and her parents, Charles Skurnik and Minnie Cohen Skurnik. She is survived by: her children, Karen Lewy (Barry) and Steven Katz (Stephanie). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
