He was predeceased by: his son Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Minerva, Michelle, Cynthia, Mercedes and Alfonso, Jr. (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Evan, Mercedes, Vienna, Ivan, Efren, Samantha and Ryan.
