He was predeceased by: his parents, Aleck E. Dambacher Jr. and Aletha Nichols Dambacher; his wife Walda Dambacher; his son Steven Dambacher; and his siblings, George Dambacher and Ellen Dambacher.
He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Dambacher of Sacramento and Jeffrey Dambacher of Tasmania Australia; and his grandchildren, Brook Dambacher, Kate Raffety, Tawny Dambacher and Selena Kaminski. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
