He is survived by: his grandson Dominic, Jr.; his wife Gloria Bellavia; his sons, Dominic Bellavia of Temecula, CA and Anthony "Tony" Bellavia of Ben Lomand, CA; his grandchildren, Angelica Bellavia of Visalia, CA, Dominic Jr. of Temecula, CA and Marley Bellavia of Santa Cruz, CA; his brother Al Bellavia of Riverside, CA.; and his nieces, Melissa Clark of Riverside and Krysti Bellavia of Riverside.
