She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francisco Escalet and Concepcion Escalet; her sisters, Alice Frias, Diana Reyes and Judy Camacho; and her sons, Howard, Danny, Jerry and Eric. She was also cherished by four grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
