She is survived by: her husband Captain Charles W. Griffing; her children, Ross "Barry", Juliette Eymann and Elaine Pate; and her sisters, Elaine Power, Joanne Davis and Mary O'Neil. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Donations may be directed to the Madge Griffing Trust, 711 Calle Nogal, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360 and will be divided amongst Madge's favored charitable organizations.
