Duggan of Temecula, California, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on July 13, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, K. Theodore Duggan and Ellen Duggan (Horan); his sister Maryellen Priebe; and his brother-in-law Donald H. Priebe. He is survived by: his sister Teresa Duggan; his nieces and nephews, Lynne P. Rosello, William Priebe (Claudia), Jonathan Priebe (Tricia), Joanna Shelton (Christopher), Robert Duggan-Pitocco and Michael D. Pitocco; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Callyn Priebe, Jack Priebe, Lily Shelton and Quinn Shelton.
