He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rhead; his children, Matthew Rhead (Cheryl), Sean Rhead, Micah Rhead (Jenniffer), Morgan Rhead, Erin Fox (Festus) and Heather Melville (Rob); his grandchildren, Chase Rhead, Blake Rhead, Sydney Rhead, Nicholas Rhead, MacKenzie Rhead, Larken Rhead, Kylie Kretschmer (Ben), Trevor Rhead, Paige Rhead, Nolan Fox, Mason Fox, Brynn Burgess (LaGrand), Robbie Melville and Abbey Melville; his great grandchildren, Kaidan Rhead and Bryson Kretschmer; and his siblings, Bill Rhead (Pam), Donald Rhead, Ed Rhead, Jim MacPherson (Annie) and Colette Farnes (Ryan). He is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and siblings.
