It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winnie Mae Powell (Tehachapi, California), who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Earven and Catherine Earven; and her husband James Earl Powell. She is survived by: her children, Maryann, Jimmy and Johnny; and her brother Howard. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
