He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Zeigler, Sr. and Margaret Davis. He is survived by: his wife Melang (Pepper); his children, Mina, Jade and Matthew; and his sister Margaret Zeigler-Nasin (Peggy). He is also survived by wife, his beloved children, his precious grandchildren, his darling great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Dementia Society of America in honor of Bill's memory and to support those affected by dementia.
