We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2020, at the age of 60, Steven Mark Foster of Tehachapi, California, born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, David Foster, Sr. and Betty Foster; his sons, Jordan Foster and Jesse Foster; his siblings, David Foster, Jr. (Wendy), Scott Foster (Suzanne), Bryan Foster (Mona) and Michelle Foster; and his stepparents, Robert Palmer and Kathy Foster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, memorial services will be held privately.
