With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Solomon Edward Shingler (Tehachapi, California), born in Buchtel, Ohio, who passed away on March 19, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Shingler and Majel Shingler; his wife Margaret Shingler; his sister Juanita Yorsten; and his grandsons, Jonathon Coolbaugh and Ty David Kelnhofer.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Wilson (Jim), Bill DeHart, Debbie Kelnhofer (Michael Pack), Colleen Macias (Fernando), Shelley Harmon (Don) and Melissa Macias; his sisters, Shirley Davidson and Marlene Tressler; and his sisters-in-law, Penny DeHart and Lorina Powell. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
