She is survived by: her son Larry of Tehachapi, CA; her daughter-in-law Theresa of Albuquerque, NM; her brother Robert of Overland Park, KS; her brother-in-law Thad (Cecila) of Durham, NC; and her grandsons, George E., David, Brandon, Wesley, Wyatt, Wade and Bryan. She is also survived by seven grandsons and 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wood Family Funeral Service (321 W F St, Tehachapi, CA 93561). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Victory Baptist Church (8770 Lupine Loop Dr, California City, CA 93505). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the California City Memorial Park (22000 Randsburg Mojave Rd, California City, CA 93505).
