He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Confer and Lydia Confer; his spouse Pamela Cunningham; his son Blake; his daughter-in-law Sheila; his grandchildren, Steven Confer, Adam Confer, Adelynne Romero and Megan Barnes; and his stepchildren, Michael Knieriem, Lori Larson, Brian Knieriem and Mary Ann Knieriem. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
