He is survived by: his parents, Tom Harlow and Sheila Harlow; his brother Richard (Kelly); his nephews, Jake, Jayden and Joshua; his uncles, Chuck Carruthers (Dani), Jeff Carruthers (Linda), Tim Carruthers (Shari) and Pete Harlow; and his cousins, Mychelle, Shayne, Ashlee, Jeffery, Lyndsey, Trevor and Cody.
