Arthur Ray Tipton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Ray Tipton of Tehachapi, California, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tipton and Gladys Tipton; his wife Jeanne; and his siblings, Edwin Tipton, Leroy Tipton, Gloria Tipton and Margaret Grimes.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Bush of Elk Grove and Christine Powell; his son-in-law John Powell of Tehachapi; and his grandchildren, Taylor Evans, Nickolas Powell, Chandler Bush and Allison Bush.
