She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKay Wilmoth and Omie Florence May Wilmoth of Oklahoma; her brother Buddy Wilmoth; and her husband Dale Zachary. She is survived by: her daughter Stacy Lynn Black (Leon Black); her grandson Luke Shelby (Eris Shelby); her great grandchildren, Evan and Emerson Shelby; her nieces, Carrie Wilmoth and Tarrie Wilmoth; her nephew Bill Wilmoth; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mia, Zane, Christian, Bryson, Tyler, Nylah and Numerous.
