He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Matthews and Dorothy Matthews; and his siblings, Billy, James, Gwendolyn, Terry and Sheila Jo.
He is survived by: his wife Charla; his daughters, Eursla Wolfe, Pam Gilmore (Brian) and Emerald Rogers (David); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Fell, Dakota Worthy, Payne West, Daniel Gilmore, Cheyenne Harness, Austin Rogers, Madison Rogers, Khailyn Rogers, Abby Rogers, Della Rogers and Matt Letterman; and his siblings, Anne, Dorothy, Patricia, Vivian, Butch, Clark and Ronnie Matthews. He is also survived by Six Great-grandchildren.
