She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Huckins and Delores Huckins; her son Michael Palmer (Mick); her stepdaughter Kristi Churchman; and her brothers, Hank, Tom, Frank and Joe.
She is survived by: her husband Dick Churchman; her daughter Melissa Hatcher (Kim Clements); her pet Rhylee; and her siblings, Andy, Rose, Margaret, Cathy and Julie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She volunteered at the local elementary school in Coalinga and helped tutor kids in math until Covid hit.
