He is survived by: his parents, John Moniz and Robin Moniz; his wife Kristin Moniz; his children, Kylee Cooper, Kaitlin Moniz, Jaide Moniz and Jaxson Moniz; and his siblings, Jill Moniz, Alissa Moniz, Lexy, Dustin Robbins, Brandon, Ashley Farkas and Jessica Rutledge. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
