We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2017, at the age of 83, Frank Dyrus McNeely (Taft, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Patti, Susan Wilson (Darrell), Douglas (Kamala) and Jeff (Debbie); his siblings, Michele (Tim), Dawn (Edward) and Phillip (Linda); and also Susan. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to Children's Hospital Los Angeles or to the Ventura Chapter of the American Society Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) in Frank McNeely's name.
