He is survived by: his wife Linda Havier; his son Kenneth (Misha); his grandchildren, Jayson and Mialexie; his daughter Angela (Geoff); his grandchildren, Joseph, Thomas, Timothy and Ashlee; his adoptive daughter Rikki Frye (Lance); his children, David, Vicki, Rita, Alex, Wendy and Joey; his sister Dorothy Friesland; and also, Epona and Damien. He is also survived by his family, friends.
