He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martha Bell Mounce and Robert Franklin Hampton; his wife Judith Ann Hampton; his daughters, Julie Calvin, Jill Martin and Jodi Nelson; and his stepchildren, Jeffrey Goossen, Joseph Goossen, Gregory Goossen and Karen Bernstein. He was also cherished by 21 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
