She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Peterson and Ruth Teresa Hite (Lopez); and her brother Ricky Peterson. She is survived by: her husband Steve Shaffer; her children, Wendy Coffman, John Coffman, Tracy Bergeron, Timothy Bergeron, Vanessa Bergeron, Heidi Gray, Christian Gray and Brooke Theresa Rose Shaffer; her grandchildren, Gabe, Ben, Max, Mandi, Kerry, Michelle, Dalton, Hailey, Brayden, Madison, Samantha and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Renee, Aimee, Annalee, Kaleb, River and Ayden; and her siblings, Danny Peterson, Lori Gatlin, Edward Cave and Dolores Garcia.
The family is grateful for all the thoughts and prayers, but declines flowers and donations.
