He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stevens and Carrie Stevens (Fraley); his wife Bonnie Maggs; and his brothers, Ronnie, Charlie and Wayne Stevens.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Stevens and Martha Stevens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
