He is survived by: his wife Freda Sharon Joy Millard; his children, Rebecca Lee Hernandez (Gregory) of Omaha, NE, Mark David Millard (Denise) of Omaha, NE and Rachel Lynn Villa (Mitch) of Santa Clarita, CA.; his grandchildren, G. Michael Hernandez (Elise), Nicholas Hernandez (Cara), Jonathan Hernandez, Christina Krajicek (Will), David Millard (Katie), Stephanie Sholin (Travis), Jesse Millard, Matthew Villa and Mitchell Villa; his sister-in-law Merlin Millard; and his friend Gayle Scroggins. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
