She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosie Armendariz and Mack Martinez; her siblings, Mack Martinez, Jr. and Virginia Martinez; and her sons, Andrew Chavez, Robert Ortega and Michael Ortega.

She is survived by: her brother Andrew Martinez; and her children, Manuel Hernandez (Tommy), Yolanda Hernandez, David Hernandez, Helen Silva and Judy Rogers. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
