He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Juliana Miguel Dumlao; his parents, Victor Dumlao and Filomena Dumlao; his grandchildren, Paul, Anabelle Estiva, Abigail Olivar, Paolo Gutierrez, Madel, Daughter, Neolito, Fely Dumlao, Jaiza Dumlao, Julie Dumlao, Yshane Dumlao, Ian Gunther II, Jaxter, Jastin, Dexter and Dona Marie; and his great grandchild Jaxtyn Estiva.
In lieu of flowers, family requesting for a monetary donation to augment his burial services and the transport of his remains to the Philippines.
