He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia DeWitt (Jeffries); his parents, Lillian DeWitt (Hespen) and Clinton W. DeWit; and his sister Carolyn Tice. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Jeffries of Sacramento, Michael DeWitt of Yuba City, Bradley DeWitt (Anna) of Yuba City, Burton DeWitt of Yuba City and Mark DeWitt of Yuba City.
