It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Trudgen of Sutter Creek, California, born in Petaluma, California, who passed away on August 5, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Elizabeth (Cunningham) and Richard John Smith, Jr.; her son Robert Trudgen of Sutter Creek, CA; her sister Marilyn Bridgman Laursen of Sonoma; her nephew Richard Bridgman; her cousins, Jim Smith (Jackie), Hoot Smith (Linda) and Walt Smith (Kim); and her husband William "Bill" Trudgen. She was also cherished by relatives and friends.
In light of COVID-19, there will be a private mass at St Katharine Drexel Parish, and interment at the Sutter Creek Catholic Cemetery; however, the family is hoping to have a public memorial service in 2021.
